Hello & Welcome
My name is Johanna Kearns and I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm currently looking for an open full-time role (remote, hybrid, or on-site) that will challenge me to grow creatively and provide the opportunity to expand my professional experience.
I'm a passionate designer with a diverse amount of experience building creative campaigns, refreshing brands, directing & assisting photo shoots, digital production, NIL campaigns, event asset production, illustration, keynote design, and brand building over the last 3.5+ years with my most recent position as a Senior Manager of Design. I absolutely love working on photo shoots whether it's conceptualizing a key visual to execute, curating wardrobes, managing models, directing shots, assisting directors, or setting up props for scenes. I find the fast paced multi-functional environment of a shoot rewarding, challenging, and the environment I love to be around.
A little more about me! I graduated from Ohio University in December of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication - Publication Design and Infographics. I currently live in Cincinnati, Ohio, but I love traveling and finding the sunshine whenever possible. I have a natural eye and love for design and aesthetics whether it's admiring architecture, fashion, film photography, vintage designs, or nature itself. I'm excited to explore possible new territories and find opportunities that will expand my design experience and creative skillset.
